Uses:
To minimize fatigue and prevent muscle cramps and heat prostration due to excessive perspiration.

Warnings:
Ask a doctor before use

• heart disease • high blood pressure if you are:
• on a salt restricted diet

Stop use and ask a doctor if:
• you have diarrhea and muscle twitching

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose contact a doctor or poison control center immediately. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

Directions:
Adults only: Take one tablet with a full glass of water, 5 to 10 times a day depending on temperature and conditions.
